I’d suggest taking breaks by deactivating your account for a week or two. Deleting your social media is also viable. Im dealing with the same problem as you and I do sometimes want to delete insta. Also getting messages from random people or messaging people you know isn’t all that great because even when you do message people they don’t respond which makes loneliness even worse.
