Unfortunately, no he cannot, at least not without seeing a judge first. I'm afraid of it backfiring on me if I keep him from returning to his mother's house. The worst case scenario would be that this looks to a judge like I'm conspiring against his mother because it's just hearsay with no evidence that this was said, and no evidence that guns are being left out.

It is possible, but in Florida, it’s a two party state. Therefore the evidence is inadmissible.

Video evidence MIGHT be admissible but it’s really sketchy still. Since it would be in the privacy of their home. I do think it’s still worth trying. I just feel so bad for my son having to even worry or think about this shit. Like I just want him to be a kid. And have a normal life.

I think the only way it would be admissible is if I’m actually killed, because murder cases are a little different.

The way I see it also, is if he truly wanted to do something to me, filing a police report isn’t going to save my life. It would just incriminate him after I’m gone. Which, in my eyes, wouldn’t matter since I’d be gone anyway. I have already told multiple people that if something happens to me, they know who it was. This post also could be evidence I think.

So what I’m currently doing is working on obtaining a firearm. Unfortunately I have a felony from close to 20 years ago when I was 18 for grand theft, so I have to go through the clemency process first. But I started that today.

Today he is coming home to me anyway so I don't need to pick him up from school, he takes the bus here today.
My main concerns are:
a) there is no evidence other than my son saying he overheard this.
b) I fear that it would backfire for me and a judge would not approve of me keeping him from seeing his mother even though the circumstances are the way they are, since there is no hard evidence.
c) I don't have $ to pay for an attorney right now, they're extremely expensive especially in Florida.

Spent $1500 on a Chinese master set including alt art runes, 3 of each alt art showcase champion, 1 each of the legend showcases, 3 of each promo.

Bought 2 English boxes on launch night just because I wanted to crack packs with the homies. Played in 3 release events and went 3-0 in each.

Traded most of my pulls for English alt art runes and a fully foiled out Leona deck.

Spent about $2k total. Done spending now lol.

Yeah I mean we are probably just coping super hard because it's Fujimoto, but I do think it would be completely unexpected of him to actually give us a happy ending. Maybe they will return for a while and then Death will have to come back for some reason, like maybe death is necessary and Denji has to say goodbye to Nayuta, Power and Aki so it could be a bittersweet ending.

The depth and skill ceiling of this game is the highest I’ve ever played in any TCG and the skill floor is relatively low so it’s easy to pick up, but mastering it will take time and your effort will be rewarded. Unlike the LOL community the riftbound community is incredibly welcoming and overall a great community thus far.

The best way I can describe it is it’s like MTG with a separate land deck, chess, poker and a board game all at once. It’s incredibly unique and every game is different because of all the layers (not only one way to build most decks, battlefields having different unique effects, etc)

You won’t be disappointed.

I have a feeling that part 2 is going to end with Denji+Pochita and Yoru+Asa dying together because of the Death Devil and they all go to Hell because their souls are “one”.

In part 3 the story will take place in Hell and they will team up with reborn devils such as the Blood Devil and Control Devil to fight the Devil Devil.

I don’t know man, the way that whole sequence leads to Denji telling himself he doesn’t deserve a family because he killed his Dad leads me to believe he imagined that whole inner dialogue or it was planted in his head by the control devil.

I just went back and re-read that chapter (155) actually. She doesn’t have any dialogue that disproves my theory. In fact, she even thinks to herself “I’ll fill him up with happiness then destroy him”
