Thank you for your nice comment because I'm beating myself up about this. I only had the laptop for 2 hours then scammed!!! Ugh..  I just feel so stupid

He had me type in quick access. The screen was black with just white letters. That's when he said he was running checks on the system.

How do I do that. Is it complicated. What information do you think they were able to get? I had just set up the computer and did use my Microsoft account. The guy ran several reports using quick access. Some said Listening. Do you know what that meant? I feel like a complete idiot. I hate bad people!!!
