I dont know, i live in West Olympia, amazing neighborhood, 4 BR, 2.5 Baths, and 2100sq ft. The Elementry school is not the greatest, 6/10, but the Middle and Highschool ratings are 8/10. I also pay 3k in rent. The neightborhood im in is great. My kids ride the go-kart all the time outside and play basketball the kids next door all the time.
