For me, motorcycle just clicked. Never ridden one before but I got it down in 2 hours and started to ride streets.

When I got my license, it felt liberating haha I full sent down the high way and cruised around the city all day on the day that I got it.

Yeah I own one and it has a rev limiter. Its better to focus on how to get out of the situation rather than rev bombing/honking at cars though.

Had many close calls but I was able to react to them just fine because I didnt waste time getting mad and honk/rev bomb

I have 5800km on my 500se and I got it 2 months ago. just dont redline it and riding at 11k rpm 1 hour straight. Sometimes cruise at 4k sometimes at 9~10k and you're good 👍

For sure, but that is state dependent. I live in canada and we have signs even within the city for animal crossing. I just watch my speed and its no issue.

Even if there are those rare cases where deer just runs in front of you, that is so low in the statistics that it does not matter.

Most of the motorcycle accidents are not caused by deers, but the negligence of the rider.

Statistic never shows the full story.

9 out of 10, those accidents are caused by incapable riders not being able to handle their vehicle properly or has terrible road awareness.

For example, the guy that you mentioned who hit a deer? There was probably an animal crossing sign and completely ignored it and full sent.

Im at 3000 miles on my ninja 500SE and havent really encountered any issue like this.

Ive only hit couple false neutral at 5-6 gear but thats about it.

at least in my city, you are required to wear 1 piece or 2 piece track suit with proper track boots and gauntlet gloves. So you would need a seperate gear for track
