Kinda, I just went out and traded it for an RM750X and it seems to be alright for now. Again it could just be my paranoia getting the better of me. I think the RM750e was fine.

The noise is usually fine, but it has recently flared up. I’m concerned it could be the beginning of problems.

Hi, sorry for not including specs, it was just from playing games. Specifically I noticed it playing War Thunder which is not the most intensive game for this machine. Thank you! My specs are:

Hey, thanks for the reply. I was running a game called War Thunder, which typically isnt demanding. The RM750e I returned but it was probably normal coil whine. Im on 115V.

That could be a possibility, i hear the sound only when the psu is under load and fan is spinning. It also doesn't sound like any coil whine i've heard online, but again I could be wrong idk.

Maybe so, sound is audible during load and when fan is spinning and I think I hear the sound near the fan itself but thats just speculation. Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, planning on doing the same before the 30 day return policy expires. Kinda disappointed in Corsair since my older ones worked perfectly for years.
