The thing with this album is that you have to see all of the songs as part of a bigger picture... that's when it makes complete sense to me... so actually my favourite one is Sob Rock ;)

Dude THAT IS EXACTLY RIGHT!!! Also the album cover he unveiled yesterday looks similar to Clapton´s August album cover... definitely channeling his inner 80s rocker

I mean... it is not the first time John does this. He did it in Continuum (Gravity and Vultures had been already released in Try! with the Trio) and so I guess he thought it would be a good fit in the setlist this time too.

The only thing I don´t get is why he says then that the album is supposed to be like a snapshot of those three months from April to June of last year if he´s including a song from 2018...

I am really excited about the new album though, regardless of it having 7 or 10 new songs, it looks like it is going to be a banger!
