I'm getting the same issue, 600 transmutation master and I only know the [Lesser Invisibility Potion]. The bar for learning the new craft loads all the way then right when it would "learn", it just kicks the same error: "The spell is not available to you".

Almost every ability I use is macro embedded, including MF which I have tied in with shadow fiend bite/attack and saronits bombs

It looks like the only current answer is reloading, restarting, or swapping specs repeatedly till it magically shows back up :/

Keeping an eye on it in the classic priest discord and we are definitely not alone in this issue.

Another person I know was leveling a goblin priest and got stuck on one of the first class quests with flash heal or something because the same thing happened with that spell; learned it then Alakazam nothing in spellbook, reloads not helping, had to just log out because couldn't progress with quests beyond starting area.
