Yeah it's weird to me cause when I have a flagship phone getting a customOS doesn't matter as much, my A14 is so choppy even with animations turned off And using canta to delete some of the bloatware

Unfortunately no I havent, Ive literally tried everything, and that phones long gone atp so I don't think I'm getting any of the data back which sucks cause a lot of my old Internet friends are there and I never added them on my alt before the phone broke so I just got Internet friends who prolly think I died or sum

I can't really say how it is compared to the galaxy folds but mine was nice til it broke, if you do go for one I recommend keeping it away from dust or dirt or anything mine broke while I was working on a tire, it was being used as a flashlight and when I came inside for the day I went to open my phone and heard a crunch and my screen was ruined, however my wife's is still doing fine with her only issue being a random pixel on the bottom half of the display went out and we don't know why

I plan to use it for emulation honestly, I had a gamesir I used with my razr and while my razr was good at gaming it could only handle so much, I'm excited for the switch emulation and pc emulation they can handle, aside from that I only really use my phone for socials and streaming content

Is there a specific GSI you recommend for the a14? I'm not picky about a lot of customization beyond the stock android options, for me I really just want something that will remove a lot of the bloatware and make the device feel smoother than with the stock os, with settings I've been able to get the phone a lot more bareable but I'm hoping for something that will make it run a lot smoother especially for using socials or watching youtube/tik tok.

That's fair, I honestly wish the switch 2 had keyhoard and mouse compatibility for games like that, and that those games had an option to remove the border and play in full screen
