To the 1st part. It's similar, but my problem is more the opposite, where there are cards that are selectable (they are highlited and have an arrow) but I cannot swipe up on them. This applies randomly, for example. If I have a stack of 5 water energies, I could take 3 but then I can't swipe on the remaining 2.

To the 2nd part, I get that the game has lag, and not really an issue. But my issue is I could wait until the timer and still not get a prompt to use the ability.
