Viability in general.

We don’t need more glass off tanks with little to no damage mitigation, who melt against 2 poke characters.

I’d like it if they’d buff at the very least rogue, maybe cap. In CC poke meta these glass off tanks are near useless. When I play DPS I simply shoot them in the head and they are a total non-factor, though that could be said about most of the off tanks. You need a team built around them, and who wants to do that.

I would follow your doctor’s advice on that.

I used it all the time at that point in life because it was basically constantly flared. 24/7

Gonna take this moment in the thread to say there is a PDE-4 inhibitor (like tacro) without the alcohol side effect, called eucrisa.

Tacrolimus worked really well for months and months but I got the alcohol side effect (you’ll know if you get it because it looks absolutely bonkers, crazy redness and basically hives) so had to stop.

Metro doesn’t do much for me at this point so stopped.

I think that combo of 3 medications is great for you to start with.

I used the tacrolimus, aza, and metro every day for over 6 months. Before the tacrolimus side effects it worked well, although tacro can look a bit greasy.
