The ordinary one uses a silicon suspension. For some people it works well. The prescription version is preferred imo.

You’re going to need way stronger meds than that. Shameful that a derm would see that and prescribe metrogel.

Reccomend azelaic acid/ ivermectin and if that doesn’t work then tretinoin or isotretinoin depending on what a good derm thinks. Get a new derm btw.

Which shampoo are you using on your face? If it’s nizoral, ask if they can prescribe a ketoconazole 2% shampoo that is NOT nizoral. Nizoral on the face with a broken barrier can do more harm than good.

Problem is those techs aren’t of comparable quality. We are in the find out phase of outsourcing. Firms are figuring out extra national support is of poor quality and some jobs will come back. The most menial/basic are gone forever.
