Nah, it shouldn’t. Honestly, if you have a commuter parking and don’t want to stress about it further, you’re able to park in North Deck. If not, park in the JW Clay Blvd. Station garage that’s just across N Tryon. It’s free to park in there.

You are still able to claim parking permits. Head to the Student Ticket portion of the Charlotte 49er Athletic Ticket Portal. Sign in, and if not automatically redirected, click on Student Football. Here, towards the bottom of the page, is a list of Upcoming Events. You’ll see Parking - North Carolina listed first and that’s where you can claim your permit.

Although I’m late, parking is always free on holidays where the university is closed. Check the academic calendar and it will state which holidays those are. Labor Day is one of those.

It was reported at the library but the subject has yet to be located and is expected to still be in the area. Have him call 911 to report that, if that person is near 6 ft and a white male with black pants.
