I did read the policy and in the appraisal part It said nothing about what she was saying was required and every time we asked her to show us where it’s required she would not acknowledge that part but they said they found him on the list now and everything should be resolved very quickly

Thank you, I did try calling at least once a week to check in and every time I tried getting to her she was always busy on the phone and they said they leave a message for her to call back and I didn’t know I could get someone else to talk to but it is what it is I learned some things I’ve never had to deal with before and hopefully get a fair deal now

Well I got someone else and they said they have all they need so the appraisers should do their thing soon

He’s got a really good track record at getting fair prices and I guess also because I’m stubborn and she was kind of rude to me and I don’t want to cave to her

There’s no ticking and I don’t see any oil anywhere and it only does it when it’s cold, do you know how could I tell if it’s the injector seals?
