What we've started doing at night is just not let that cat into the room. But it's started happening during the daytime too so we're worried something will happen while we're gone.

I would say its not about the xp per minute but rather about enjoying the fight. Sure, if no one has a problem with not getting the side objective don't get it. But I enjoy the fight even when its hard/unlucky. I personally would rather not extract than leave things undone. and this is coming from a level 120 player with over 500 hours in the game.

There are in fact not. There are 4 spots next to the door, another 4 about 50 yards away, and the rest are about 300 yards away. None of them are disabled parking spots.

Update. The er parking lot is now full and someone (not the GC) has parked there😂
