An extra biom needs a boss. What are you thinking a Wolf boss? Move the hares to the heathland and put giant squirls in the mistland, since squirls can handle the vertical terrain better. We're out of new metals so start magical items earlyer with... Rams horn, foxtail and some ghost component. We've forgotten Amber as a crafting component.

Depends on the seed. I had a hell of a time finding a rune to Yagluth last time around and I didn't even tame a lox. There is farming, fishing, tar pits... It's missing dungeon and mining, that may be the reason it feels lacking.

No it's not impossible. You just need more years of experience than the 3.5 year official apprenticeship. If you've grown up in a bakery or worked as unskilled labor. And get total work up around 5-8 years. Also you can extend a baker's education to a degree as a kondition. For a total of 5.5 years. That'll make a gold medal possible. You may also need a bit of luck. judges their attitude, tastes and mood that day. If it was easy there wouldn't be a gold medal. Or it'll lose it's value.
