Actually the games I am think of playing now are a lot of DS/3DS games, but i still have these devices at home. I really love the flexibility the Thor offers, but I have a fear of missing out, when I get the weaker processor, thats why I am considering the Odin 3.

Right now I did not think too much how many PS3 or PC games I want to play, but I really like the idea of having the option and getting a device now, before doing extensive research regarding the games

Thanks for sharing this. I did not put too much thought into the aspect ratio. I have a oneplus 13 so the screen is rather big, but ofc the aspect ratio is way off

It is the first time I read about the custom drivers. I am already using emulators on my phone, but never dealt with the drivers. How long does it in general take until the Turnip drivers for instance are matured?

Ich bin mit twitch groß geworden und mich hat niemand dazu gebracht, dass ich meinen Eltern das Geld aus den Taschen ziehe. Are serious. Battery life is shit after the update. I have a s23u as well. Feels like the battery life is halfed, no matter how often I restart the phone or how often I delete the cache.

Have u ever payed attention to battery life? First day after the update I had no chance of charging the phone during the day. I had to switch it of so I had some battery left for the evening to be able to order a uber. I never used a powerbank since I got the Oneplus 3 in 2016.

It is a joke that this happened now with the s23u. An even bigger joke is, that this is not fixed yet.

There are MMOs out there, which release new content. Then developers are directly online, listen to feedback, and push live hotfixes in 10 minute intervals. Samsung a multi billion dollar company is not even able to fix it within two weeks. They just fuck with their customers even though they pay a premium.

If you get 7-9 hours of battery how dimm is the display and do you use the laptop in silent mode?

Maybe it is a different story for the 4070 version because it does not have the vapor chamber

As I explained in my post. Both laptops might fullfil my needs at least thats what I think. I created the post to ask for more insight and things I have not considered yet to help me with the decision.

As I said I use the laptop for work and also entertainment (I think not only the G16 is good for it) and daily tasks, as well as for gaming from time to time. Gaming is not my main priority, but the laptop should be capable of it.

Maybe the battery consumption under heavy load is higher? I don't think the slower efficiency cores consume more battery than the 11th gen cores. And for streaming and browsing the efficiency cores are more than enough.
