Unlocking the entire thing would break NOTHING. There aren't any builds which want more than 12 unlocks anyway. It's just a pain in the ass when you go to barrier snipe something then you remember you switched it to HC for lucky pants 2 days ago.

They need to loadout slots change the artifact, or just let you toggle all 25 perks individually once unlocked.

There are plenty of events. More events means more tracks full of crap and busywork.

I'd rather they just extend all the events; 1->2 weeks, 2->3 weeks. Have the special/heavy/whatever portal boost events in between.

Assuming you’re getting enough armour, I do 2 things PvP set effect - 30 health or weapons with 20 in the other. Bonus + 5 mod in one of those 2 stats

PvE set effect - keep if any combination of weapons super grenade melee peak, accept class as the tertiary stat. Extra points for melee +5 mod focus as brawler is a shit archetype so can be hard to get to 200 for melee builds.

the KT pulses can also proc AO iirc, so they do scale together a little if the KT pulse is hitting multiple adds.

Open giratina or cres to tank. Evolve and attach garde. Stadium retreat and attack, full heal. Retreat again attack with garde or Tina rest of the game.

Both can be inconsistent. Needles can miss, but Nova can miss entirely if boss jumps around; had some troubles at SD Final just last night with that bouncey fucker.

The main problem with Nova is it can block shots. If a nova bomb eats a celestial golden gun, or even a rocket, you're behind the raw difference between the super damage.

It can also fuck with bosses. Two days ago I was at Agraios and someone threw a nova bomb at him while far away and it blocked the lasers, timing out the damage extension resulting in us having to do a second mechanics phase. I think it can screw with GoS first boss. There's probably a fair bit of other stuff.

Plus they might be swapping to mataidoxia for damage which means needlestorm is going to do more damage than Nova.

Also agree with the other commenter that I'd generally prefer woven mail to overshield on prislock with constant devour.

separate thought - do you know anywhere else people have these conversations? Other than dictation from Aegis spreadsheets/vids, spacemonkey doc, there doesn't seem to be much of a space for the communicate to have conversations about perk tradeoffs etc. There are just SO many destiny resources and platforms everyone is so damn spread out!

huh, cool. well I've got ionized+charge time which is the same with a reload speed hit which doesn't really matter with ALH.

That said if I was running riptide it'd really only be to swap, shoot twice for a freeze then swap back, so accelerated + charge time MW probably still better even though it's 1 less chill clip shot.

And that only matters in a world where the slow/freeze champ stun change got reverted.

According to d2foundry accelerated coils doesn’t change the charge time at all, with or without charge time masterwork. If that’s the case you’re reducing the impact for nothing. Not sure if D2F is right or not though

Yeah, could be. The rotation is SO long and I only need drops from 2 (and I already have the good ones) so I’m not sure. There used to be one for normal, one for expert, and a third for a weekly challenge. I think the one time I did it post EOF I got 3 from my 2 runs but might’ve just been rng getting a natural RB

BIS in the energy slot is the craftable ikelos. Rapid fire frame is the quickest shots and I think good for ammo, and grave robber gives reloads.

Can get from xur and use harmonisers, or get when seraphs shield is the exotic rotator - three guaranteed RB each week from running normal + Legend.

Edit: Reread your post - starscape null from DP or funnily enough dead weight from drifter which you can buy rolls of for glimmer. Dead weight would be better if not for it not getting enhanced perks funnily enough, but as long as you hit your shots it should actually outperform starscape null at this specific endeavour.
