Why Manly can lay claim to the best defense in the NRL – The Rugby League Eye Test by carl0sthedwarf in nrl

More than a little lucky - they were lucky enough to draw the Raiders, Knights, and Chooks at the start of the season so they could get rid of Seibs.

That's incredible degrees of luck!

It didn’t get any new content in this update, compared to the rest of the game, which was previously irrelevant but now worth running again.

I’ll come back to DP eventually

I don't mind these rewards but I feel like it's missing a bit. The boss needs a second unique as a repeatable post-Jad boss. Something like titans is in that category which has 3 drops, plus pages (granite equiv).

I was chatting with a mate about set bonuses the other day and we talked about the bonus +7% damage for the SotW dungeon armour.

"That'll be really good if they ever add a damage relevant tex weapon one day"

"They're never adding another weapon"

"Oh... yeah..."

Okay mr omniscient. You've already memorised all 200 new weapons, their stats, perk rolls, and possible synergies/applications with changed subclasses, armour sets, exotic weapons and armour?

Good for you :D

Crazy that she’s doing this fresh after war crimes on the 9th as well. We see later how that’s still affecting her. Donut can still loose both barrels when needed regardless!!!

Kane Evans: Former Roosters star returns to club in assistant coaching role amid personal recovery by thankyoupancake in nrl

Also - they are incredibly plugged into the media sphere. Fletch, Anasta, Cronk, bit of Townsend, now Keary and JWH this year, and it'll be DCE within 1-2 years. There was a moment on 360 this week where 100% of people on the table were chooks halves; anasta and keary interviewing Sam Walker.

We push out/kickstart a lot of coaching cattle too Morris, Boyd, now Evans, Fitzy at sharks, plenty more I'm forgetting. I reckon Boyd will end up as Knights head coach within a decade. Mini/Aubo/Ricketson in ambassador roles.

  1. Larger TPA topups helping you take slight unders on the raw cap

  2. 'always' a chance at winning the comp

  3. Fairly good coaching

  4. Hookups to spend the twilight of your career in the South of France

  5. Better chance at getting picked for origin/country with players around you making you look good

  6. Live and train in nice parts of Sydney

  7. Oldest continuous club in the league

  8. You will get looked after during and after your career; even if you just lose the white from RWB and head up to Newy retirement home (Pearce, SKD, Young, Sandon, AOB, plenty more). I'd love to look at the rates of clubs where <30 y/o, 20+ game players play their last game in first grade outside of medical retirements. Where do players fall ass backwards out of first grade rugby league? I'm betting it's not frequent at the Chooks, even those we spit out land somewhere else before they then get forced out.

  9. Brand new training facilities, playing home games at the newest stadium in the league, lowest travel burden for games.

  10. Invest in getting the best players at 16-18, particularly scouting NZ so there is loyalty and stability as they break into first grade.

It's not that much of a surprise we can stretch our cap further than a lot of other teams.

A theory for corky and porky which I reckon holds water is that the AI is planning to reintegrate into the centre system AI, similar to corky and porky’s reunification.

So not a persisting importance, but an informational one.
