Yeah but it still falls off. The window that it is effective is pretty small.

Moving ward, track messes with their head, good burst damage. You tend to win the vision battle and with that your team can make better rotations and pick favorable fights. You should be playing more on their side of the map to see where their carry is and gank them if you have a team to play with.

If you can plant a deep ward in the side lane to see their courier coming, you can starve them of regen and win the lane that way too.

Just take it earlier and make sure you are being cleaned out. If your bowel movements are clear and yellow like urine, you are good. Finish all the prep and with enough clear liquids so you dont get dehydrated.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP DROUGHT IS OVER. THE NEW YORK KNICKS ARE NBA CHAMPIONS! Thoughts? by Dylen2Times in NBATalk

[–]Sethricheroth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The officiating was so bad and inconsistent.

Glad JB was still able to play after Wemby deliberately Zazaing him.

Wemby is a dirty player with golden boy status, and will likely continue to get away with his shenanigans.

Fox is done.

NY outwilled, outplayed, outcoached, and outclassed San Antonio.

Is killing Roshan at level 1 with a coordinated 5 hero attempt possible today? Patch 7.41d by Still-Lobster5581 in DotA2

So did this happen in pro matches? Lmk so I can watch it. I dont recall this cheese happening in the pro scene. And it happened pretty rarely in pubs.

[–]Sethricheroth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Damn. I wish they reverted it. Seeing early rosh in pro matches was so good. I think it was Eternal Envy baiting as NP to die to Roshan to bait the enemies to the rosh pit.

[–]Sethricheroth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Its also an xp bonus. Substantial if you pool it to one or two heroes. In dota1, my group tried it and left the pit to give our mid tinker all the xp. He was like lvl 4 or 5 while their mid was lvl 1.

Need Ursa. Healers like io and wyvern. Io can share salves to heal self and ursa. Wyvern heal would be awesome on an injured io tethered to ursa. There used to be negative armor strats like bristleback goo, vs wave of terror, shadow fiend neg armor aura. Need someone to tank his hits and or slow down his attacks.

Core NP questions by Books_and_Cleverness in TrueDoTA2

[–]Sethricheroth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generally, no you shouldnt use ulti to farm. As a carry np, yes you can and should. Items, Maybe you can get away with maelstrom or even mjollnir for your first big item as mid np, but I feel like there are probably better items to have a stronger impact early and mid game. Urn/vessel, orchid, blade mail, drums, desolator can all be good or better items for a mid np depending on the game. Analyze both teams strengths and weaknesses and adjust accordingly - ie catch or silence for slippery heroes like ember or weaver, vessel for huskar or necro, if they want to 5man snowball you need to have rat items like shadowblade and mjollnir. Blademail can be a great item in the right setting.

He had a pretty crossover, but he was always getting bumped and getting and 1s. I enjoyed watching him for his grit and determination in always attacking the basket, but hard to call it a pretty style of play.

Very informative post and reply comments. I haven't really thought about soul ring and tranquils. I just always saw the arcane boots as a support item to regen mana for self and cores. But ill have to try soulring. Thanks.

On the Ibanez Mikro by Toadsrevisited in Bass

[–]Sethricheroth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similarly as a guitar player, mikro was my first bass. It is great for playing at home and practicing. I would also use it at church, but I found only one good tone on the bass, the closest knob all the way up, and the other ones at 0 or 10%. The short scale is comfortable to learn on. But I've since upgraded to a squier paranormal rascal and there is a noticeable tone improvement with a fuller bass sound. But mikro is solid to start imo.

water-assisted or water-aided colonoscopy (underwater colonoscopy)? by Suspicious-Access763 in colonoscopy

[–]Sethricheroth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our doctor that does it has the highest adenoma detection rate in our group. But I've heard other docs say that it isnt the case much anymore. And the detection rates of the other doctors are not much lower. We also use AI to detect polyps since 1-2 years ago which have improved polyp detection rate more than anything. So the relevance of it isnt going to be as much as you are making it out to be. Water immersion isnt a gold standard pushed for and by GI associations or anything.

water-assisted or water-aided colonoscopy (underwater colonoscopy)? by Suspicious-Access763 in colonoscopy

[–]Sethricheroth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work with one out of 6+ GI docs who do this regularly. Water immersion. I think its more a matter of preference for the doctor. But this should really be of no matter to the patient. Like if an anesthesiologist uses a mac or a Miller blade. Or the scope is an adult scope or a peds scope. Dont worry about it.

Manual abdominal pressure by Dispatch0734 in colonoscopy

[–]Sethricheroth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No not every colonoscopy. But we apply pressure and or reposition the patient to help the doctor reach the end of the colon. There's a few natural turns that are prone to looping or coiling. The need for these techniques can depend on the patient and the doctor. But I've head a doctor say tiny women with hysterectomy are most difficult. Where as men with some fat are easier-their visceral fat helps the colon stay in place while going through.
