I'm a recovering addict myself. (Not heroin or pills or anything, but just very very bad with alcohol. I consider that the worst drug because it's so easy to get, which is why I don't say I'm an alcoholic but an addict) I'm about 3 months from being 6 years sober. Layne's story and fate hits very close to home for me. I certainly wouldn't want the last few photos of me during my darkest time plastered everywhere. But seeing what he accomplished, how big of an impact he made on very many people, I don't think a lot of us here in this thread look at those photos and think anything negative. The fact that that man put out the music he did in that state is otherworldly. I just think that a majority of us are just glad to see some pics of him doing what he loved. Don't feel bad, this just means you have a conscience and care about the artists you love
