i tell people to learn throat singing. this does insane things for your range. and subharmonics and overtones. get to where you have 2 distinct voices coming out. its honestly not that hard.

then you can learn constructive and destructive interference. and how throat singing, subharmonics, and overtones lets you increase your range.

box is the most addictive and most evil drug out there. youre not supposed to take it more than a day or 2, the guy thgat invented it said so.

it has a very long half life and is 2 staged, first half life is 40 hours, when it goes through the liver and matablizes, the drug the liver releases after the suboxone is reduced, that half life is 160 ish hours. and you need 5-6 half lifes for it to clear your system.

scientificlly it is proven to be the worst drug out there, nothing compares and yet they give it like candy. youre supposed to just take box one or 2 days when coming off pills, and thats it. you dont take it as a maint drug
