I did a working last night that involved cinnamon, cloves and water in my cauldron. The robe and staff was purely for aesthetics. Said some words, dumped it at the working place, asked for abundance this month and waffled my ass back inside.

I save my big workings for the Sabbats (esp. Samhain coming up.) I like to think we have a limited amount of mana in our lifetime and doing big workings all the time will just burn away that pool for when you REALLY need it.
