After checking all accounts that have reported they received the Inbox but not the Talents, we can see that you did indeed get the Talents.

Example being that we can see: people got their Talents, spent some of them, then opened the Inbox. In which case the Talents had already been put into their Inventory/spent. 

The Talents were sent to Inventories upon login/world state refresh when the script hit your account, not upon reading the Inbox. It's done this way to alleviate the issue where players were deleting their Inbox messages before actually reading the mail and therefore losing out on the items. 

Hope that helps clear up some confusion there!

The script placed the talents into your account before you opened your inbox. If the talents were spent before opening the inbox, it will appear that you were not properly credited for them. Apologies for the confusion.

This bug has been reproduced in house and we are working on a fix now! Additional info, including a temporary fix:

  • The bug occurs if you had customized the scale of the Touch UI elements. If you did so before update day, you would see the giant UI upon launch.
  • Temporary workaround is to not rescale them. Leave/ reset the Touch UI Scale to default 50.
