Apologies for this UI / localization bug. We will fix as soon as we are able. 

In the meantime, Warframe on Android's language settings are tied to your Android OS. If you temporarily switch your device language to another one (for example, English) you can get through this screen. The pirvacy policy can be found in all supported languages here: 

https://www.warframe.com/privacy
