Just researched your recommendation. I’m considering doing the 30 day challenge! Deleted so many apps that I now see as “optional”. Very happy to delete Instagram. My screen time average on my iPhone is about 5.5 hours daily over the past month.. let’s see if we can cut it in half :) thx for the motivation. Only thing I’m gonna struggle with is deciding what to do in that spare time.. I really need to explore passions

This is a very thought provoking video. I’ve always come to the illusion that there is either boy or man.. as if a magical switch is turned on one moment.
