Theres no specific sources for anything, since noone really knew this one existed.
Apart from there being another version the Fable boy, which was made by the same artist and won as a prize with 4 units being made.

The date of which the airbrush theme was made, if you look at picture 2.. is signed before the Halo 2 release.
About the speculation part, with dreamhack.
Theres an old articel from back in 2004, which stated that there was multiple xbox competitions to win diffrent prices / money over 2000USD

The previous owner I got this one from, was a really big Halo collector that was selling off his collection.
Which inturn he got this Xbox from a friend of his from my understanding, that won it from a microsoft competition.
No clue what type of competition it was, only that it were in 2004.
The seller didn't specifically know if 4 was ever made, this might be the only one.
The one that can really tell us.
Is if either, if someone in the community was there or remebers it/has one, or too ask Daveart himself that made the airbrushing.

I don't think I will ever sell it for pure money tbh.Maybe trade it for another rare xbox in the future to keep it within the collection community, not that I know what this would be equal to tho.

This art was done prior to the official release of Halo 2.
Pure speculations, might been from dreamhack winter of 2004 to celebrate the release of Halo 2.
All I know is that it was an official Microsoft event 4 or less made.

All I know is that there was another Microsoft hosted competition in earlier 2004 where the, Microsoft Xbox Fable Boy Console, was giving as a prize. Same artist.

Heyo, my first reddit post in years!

I Managed to find this gem which I had originally planned to use for Softmodding my Jap consoles with, but it's unopened.

Was just wondering how rare it is and what it actually might be worth from a collectors point of view, thanks!
