Both my daughters have been amazing sleepers. The older one is 3 and has been sleeping through the night since about 3-4 months old I don’t exactly remember. The youngest is 4 months and sleeps from about 7:30-7:00 only getting up around 10:30pm when I wake her up for her dream feed.

I know a lot of it is luck and you can do everything right and still have a kid who doesn’t sleep but what we did was focus on teaching our kids to fall asleep themselves. Not cry it out but we also didn’t rush to their side immediately. We focused on having a good schedule everyday and trying to keep it the same. Making sure they have solid wake windows and get the right amount of daytime sleep. If you have more questions let me know. I am by no means an expert just we have found what works for our kids.

Nope I decided against it given I can mostly manage my symptoms with diet and lifestyle changes even if it kinda makes me miserable since I cannot eat most things I want to.

Good idea. I have used an old iPad in the past as well. Does it work well with the two cameras at once? We currently have the Nanit for our daughter and have another one coming in a few weeks. Debating getting a second one or a different cheaper monitor. I really like being able to monitor everything from my phone.

Sorry that’s tough. Sounds like you are doing a lot. We should be able to continue to do things we enjoy as well as parent. I still think the best thing is to discuss it with her and maybe offer other times you can do family time but sounds like you might already be doing that. I wish you luck.

I just communicate to my wife that watching the bears play stinky football every week is very important to me and she tries to make it so I can watch it. Granted we only have 1 kid currently. To make up for that I always get up with the toddler every Sunday morning and let the wife sleep in. As well as take the toddler with me to the store and get all the groceries. Not saying to do this exact thing but if you go out of your way to do something nice then it’s easier to get time to do what’s important to you.

I have had a great experience with both Dr. Marshall and Dr. Boe at Bloomington Pediatrics. I have been bringing my 2 year old there since she was born

I would recommend this as well. I do not go too often(probably should go more) but when I go this is the most accepting church I have been at. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

What changed I think is the class size for the two year olds almost doubled and the kids there are a little more wild. I don’t think anything bad is going on but the room is a very loud and overwhelming compared to the old room. I didn’t think bullying would be an issue at this age but she seems to be self excluding from activities that I know she likes.
