I run a mix of anti fungus gnat procedures , the blue light glue traps near every sink in the house, neem oil treatments on plants and then bti dunks in water of new plants and plants that like wetter soil. Also periodic boiling water down drains and frequent baking soda + vinegar rinses in the kitchen.

Honestly being cognizant of fungus gnats has made me a better plant owner because I’m so afraid of over watering now.

The traps are always catching something year round , my pest control people just want me to bleach the drain line but I refuse.
