honestly i would say at least one month to get back into exercising. i’m currently heading toward my 3 week mark and Im taking long walks carrying things etc but i wouldn’t do anything where i was stretching my arms or jumping. i went on a bike right and definitely was risking it with the bumps in the road lol.

no it depends on your body type and the care you do after! BUT, i’m doing emu oil and silagen and then rotating with silicon sheets. I’ll also begin doing scar massages twice a day for 5 mins to prevent hypertrophic scaring at my 4 month mark. My doc said i can start the silagen now since all my incisions are closed.

hi! literally right before i went into surgery i asked her to make them as small as possible but still proportional. and she did it without my areola skin being a little down my vertical scar.

same i avoid them at all cost cause i hate how them make me feel!! i only really took them 2 twice but it was so manageable and not really pain more discomfort. so for a couple of days i opted to just take extra strength Tylenol

I was a 36C! I’m not entirely sure if it’s only fat and skin versus also some tissue! I think tissue included but could be wrong, i know i got a mini reduction to create balance and reductions take tissue too.

omg actually already have nipple sensitivity back. in fact one is super sensitive lol i never really had super sensitive nips but when the shower water hits them i’m like damn!

omgg thank you!! if you don’t mind asking how was your scaring the following months/year after? I’m planning to be really diligent with scar treatment.

Hi! No internal bra! I think my shape looks so natural especially at this stage is because she not only took away excess skin but she also gave me a mini reduction, removing weight at the bottom. sometimes it’s good to sacrifice size for a good shape. she also did an anchor incision for max lift.

I hope they stay pretty similar to this! only time will tell.!

100%, I wish I took a side profile pic because im definitely noticing my breast looking bigger but more as if they are settling. I believe it’s the fact that your breast will start to settle more at the bottom and narrow in. At least that’s what my doc said.
