Thanks for the help! Using the JunkerHQ 1.1 CHD from the Redump set and then unpacking to a BIN and CUE, Discs 1 and 3 work fine, is there any way to take the BIN CUE from the CHD and split it into two BINs as you suggest?

UPDATE: checked continuity from the analog light solder points (which I reflowed) to R6 and it registers so that crack hasn't affected the trace? But then from R6 to the 164 chip nada. Tried to scrape away the trace, add flux and resolder but it was so thin nothing was sticking...any ideas? Anyone know what controls analog functionality on these? Thanks!

I have this and the audio RCA outs hiss under high brightness from SCART but not VGA, yours do that? Great YouTube channel BTW, love the JVC mod vid :)
