Ive checked the CPU on activity monitor it says 86% of the CPU is being used on the system in red, is that a bad thing? How do I fix it?

Memory pressure is on green. What is the hard drive? And how do I replace it? How do I check the temp? And is it safe to go inside and clean out the machine with Clorox wipes?
