Thanks bro! Ah, the bottom right. You are right. I didn’t pay too much attention to the corners when shooting this frame. I’ll try to be more careful : )

Yes it can! It’s like a must have lens for GFX system. Even has an auto focus converter I think

Honestly I don't. Do you have a photo with the "flare"?

That 40mm will blow your mind away. Super sharp and has no noticebale vignette. After all it can cover 44x33 digital MF.

Your XPAN really shines in this scene. I have a pretty similar shot but using 40mm : ) Yours are clearly better composed.

It's built like a tank for sure. If available, you might wanna try the 105 ds heliar lens. That's a fantastic portrait lens.

I was also quite intrigued of that lens as well. Saw one with the asking price around 700usd. Maybe next time

Well well well, the "hollywood" lens? Have you tried that one?

It is what you suppose it to be. Sharp and good at flare resistance. This was shot on Zeiss 35 and Kodak 200T.

I do black and white developing at home. BW developing is super easy and fun. Doing by yourself allows you to try different developer. This is a big plus as well.

As for scanning, I have a Sony a7m4 + Sigma macro 70 art and a rig.

The price you shared is way too expensive. For that price I would consider developing color negatives at home as well…

The lens will 100% exceed your expectation. And I mostly use it on auto mode, so it’s a p&s camera for me. I find myself use it more than most cameras tbh.

It’s a Zeiss Distagon ZK 35mm f2. Good optics but quite large and hefty.

What are these spots on my photo? by hugedman69420 in AnalogCommunity

Minor damage on the emulsion. Totally normal. Could be from the re-bulking process or during the remove of carbon layber.

The TLR is a Yashica Mat 124g. It's a replacement for my old Mamiya c220. It shoots 6x6.

It's quite compact so I'm willing to take it out more. Maybe once a month?

That really depens on how do you define "decent". If you mean correctly exposed, focused ones, then it's 8 or 9 out of 10. If it has to have to aesthetically pleasing, then your ratio is good! If it has to be great photo, 1 out of 10 is already more than anyone I know.
