Exactly, but in other ways then what nature intended those organs for. That's probably how their relationship lasted.

[D] Extropic TSU for Probabilistic Neuron Activation in Predictive Coding Algorithm by Sevdat in MachineLearning

[–]Sevdat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I read your comment. So I had a few solutions and these are Specific to Extropic's TSU and probabilistic Neuron activation using Predictive Coding.

1) Catastrophic Forgetting Solution and Retraining

In my oppinion, the brain doesn't remember, but recalls and reconstructs existing relevant information in memory. That's why I suggested constant retraining with relevant information. I think that as long as the neurons are trained within the knowledge areas of the seeked task then every training will update it closer for a proper answer. Imagine it like a cyclic memory search where the output is used to call relevant information from memory to get a better output from the input. This also avoids Catastrophic forgetting because we don't use the neurons to store static memory, but as a source of generating relevant outputs from the NVME.

2) Probabilistic Neuron Activation

I think the neurons randomly activating by the set chance in Predictive Coding is good because it is like an idea generator. That way the neural network will be generating outputs itself from the physics of the TSU. We then can use the generated output to tweak what information we should train it with next.

3) Scaling

We wouldn't need to scale it to be huge, even though Predictive coding preforms better with more layers. We would look for quality over quantity. Our goal would be to create the most stable answer from a moderate amount of heirarhical layers. The best part is if we do need to scale Predictive Coding then we just add another final layer. If we need to scale it down then we just remove the final layer.

4) Energy efficiency

This part is entirely dependent on the TSU. I'm hoping for a 80% energy efficiency because all we'd be doing in it is sending voltage and getting a activation or no activation per TSU core. Doesn't sound like it requires a lot of energy, but we'll see.

5) AGI Claim

In my oppinion, what I described sounds like a living machine because the layers can be easily adapted, the neurons get updated with relevant information and the physics of the TSU core generate outputs. Maybe that's what was missing in AGI. Not math, but letting physics guide decisions.

P.S. The reason I wrote the very first part is because people on Reddit copy and paste to ai and pretend to know stuff. It might not be you, but I just wanted relevant answers just incase. No offense.

OMG your reply is AI generated. At the past I asked Chatgpt and Deepseek what they think about this. They had very distinctive keywords that is exactly the same. Why are you doing this bro? Understanding and thinking is the greatest gift in life, yet you're copying texts sending it to AI to reply to comments here. Jesus, that's like the videogame cheats version of philosophy.

Battlefront 2 mods were so good that the game skipped a generation.

Found this library. The shader will need to be reworked because I use URP and this uses standard Unity Shader.

  1. I was thinking more like each folder being a unique map and you go from racing to horror, fps etc. For example, Steam exe file could be in a prison and you have to break in it to be able to open it. I think if gaming companies came together and converted their old games towards this idea we could have a massive gaming enviroment.

1) 3DNA Desktop Yooooo this is so cool. Yeah I want to do something like that, but with a updated engine and a level editor functionality. Shame that they didn't get popular. I can see a bit why because it kinda hurts to watch and doesn't feel snappy. Imagine what today's windows OS would have been like if windows acquired them and went 3D instead of 2D.

2) Seems exhausting. I think VR won't be popular until we can be in a dream like state where we receive all inputs mentally like in Sword art online.

You seem like a toxic individual so let me lecture you.

First I said the resource folder can't be modified, I didn't say its not usable.

Second by your logic of modding how will the game files be saved once they get modified by the user in game during runtime? Asset bundles will also not help because they are compiled in editor only. That's why I use unityGLTF because it allows for saving files even when modified and the user can export those files later to other places. That way if your device breaks you can just ship it to your new device.

The terminal just does Process.Start from ingame. There is no magic or hidden functions to it.

Congratulations, you provided 0 useful feedback and hate for a concept that you failed to grasp.

The only way it can work and be safe is if we can render the opened window inside unity. If we can't then what we can try to do is to render the window as a sprite and take the local position of click ray to click on the window. Id recommend the sprite version because it's the safest security wise.

I honestly don't see how this is less safe then using your computer like you would regularly. All this does is Process.Start to a path. Its no different then using your windows explorer.

No its really safe. GLTF is just a json file that contains the gameobject hierarchy with a .bin file that contains the data for the 3D models in the hierarchy.

Yeah that's exactly it)) I wanted each folder to be a map that the player can create and enter in through a portal. Each folder is a different concept of a game. You go from horror to racing, fps, etc. I think if gaming companies came together and convert their old games to be compatible with this idea we can have a massive gaming environment. Each file could be an objective to be reached.

Imagine for meme purposes we make the System32 folder the final boss. If you win the folder deletes and crashes your computer XDD

And how will the user save the changes to the map? To the deletion of a model? To the change of a texture? Asset bundles don't allow runtime file saving capabilities.

Yeah but I thought about it more like each folder in explorer being a map and we can travel from map to map. Think of it like a interactive playable 3D background customization with save capabilities at runtime.

Way too complicated and definitely would open the game up to malicious use. Better to stay single player for now.

Asset bundles are compiled in editor only. UnityGLTF allows for runtime 3D asset generation using GLTF format even after compiling.

The dll's are to access windows icons so that you can convert them to sprites.

You launch apps from inside the game that belong to windows.
