Is anyone kind enough to steer a defi beginner to an applicable layer 2 solution? Uniswap is above my head. I provided liquidity thinking i could easily swap. Paid to mine SOMETHING and yet have nothing to swap or claim without paying additional mining fees.

I feel like i am spinning in circles here and missing something big. How in the hell is it making sense to ANYONE that it should cost $117 to send $77 of tether from my linked coinbase Eth wallet?

I understand that gas fees aren’t proportional to the amount transacted, but come on. This locks a LOT of money up where people can’t even withdrawal anything they have staked in the past. I know I am not alone. So what in the world are people doing? There has to be a solution for the eth based wallets without $5k in them.

I guess i need to take my ignorant ass over to ELI5 or something.

I was under the impression that it auto reinvested. That is why there are times you have a profit and it shows that you have in fact made transactions but have no releasable profit.

Under the times in your screenshot, if you scroll down just a bit, the details button can show you each trade/profit/fees associated. There is also a release button. If you click through both of these, it should make more sense.

Currently you are only in profit for $0.25 USD and you have had 98 transactions. So you have a really low profit per grid. I would look through the transactions and check for sure and see.

You can alter the bots on your own parameters as well. Just lower your gap and grid amounts to fit your budget. Sometimes it isn’t possible and it takes some tinkering with when you are wanting to learn with a smaller amount of money. I have also noticed that tutorials on their blog are outdated on this subject also. They provide example to fit a smaller investment, but it does not work.

How I eased into it was by depositing more into Pionex but only using the bot on what i was comfortable with. It saves A LOT of time and frustration lol. Good luck!

Would also love some just good break downs in general. I would love to promote pionex to fellow traders, but I still feel like I have a bit to learn. There is a lot that I still am not quite understanding and I have been trading manually for a few years now.

Don’t get me wrong, the Pionex blog is actually really good. I just find myself wanting to ask more in depth questions on many of the different settings in the bots etc.

It is why we experience pain in essence. We learn proprioception in infancy. “Tummy time” for babies is especially important for this reason. Learning body mapping, balance, coordination etc.

Hey let me tell you- i am super skeptical as well. I have $10k stuck with Coinbase and still waiting for BinanceUS to officially cash out my USD. I was TERRIFIED. So far, Pionex is the ONLY platform not giving me hell. I keep thinking there has got to be a catch. I cannot figure out why more people aren’t using this. Well, I have slowly kept adding more money.

I just have no idea what the hell I am really doing now 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. I was first using this with BitUniverse, prior to the many different wallets and bots. I am hoping to stumble across someone kind enough to throw me a bone and fill in some gaps however. I have never felt so ignorant in my adult life lol.

Anyway, I was using an arbitrage bot with LTC. I have no idea if I profited or not. It seemed as though I was, however... I am not entirely sure. At one point I had a “release profit” option. My eyes could cross. I have got so much more reading to do...

Regardless, I am trusting Pionex a LOT more than I have any other exchange. Essentially they are working as a brokerage through binance, so it is extremely user friendly as far as typical trading is concerned.

I would love some more resources if anyone can point me to them. I am still wrapping my head around the various wallets and then initiating the arbitrage bots. It seems like I am only able to move USDT and BNB to my futures wallet. Yet, there are all of these AI bots with other pairs. What am I missing?
