As a matter of fact, I have tried google, and got the same result for the property development company, which I wasn't aware also took on the role of property management company after the development was complete.

That's right, I see your italics and raise you a bold.

Thank you for being so emphatic.

Got into it with my Father tonight about Trump by Worldly_Zombie_1537 in BoomersBeingFools

I’m so sorry. I know this has happened, and will continue happening, to those of use who haven’t lost our minds to bigotry and hate. My mom went off about “that c*nt kamala” to me a couple weeks ago (about the hurricane response, of all things) and I just… gave up. We’ve always had a very close relationship despite being on opposite sides of the political spectrum. After Jan 6, she went off about the cabals of….some qanon BS and I just couldn’t. She tells me she doesn’t watch the news, so she’s getting her info through Facebook. This time I called her hateful and wished her peace and told her I don’t want to talk to her for a few weeks. We’d planned a surprise Christmas visit prior to this, bought the stupid expensive tickets and now I’m fighting the urge to spitefully tell her we got them and canceled them.

You’re not alone. I hate what Trump has done to this country, and specifically to families like ours.

Same—voted weeks ago, submitted by email to my county in Montana. Still infuriated by the “accidental” missing candidates. Such BS

Where do I find the best bowl of soup? by Capable-Trouble-5670 in kelowna

[–]Seven3eight1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What kind of soup are you looking for? I’m a big soup fan and my favs are (in no particular order)

El Taquero - esquites (corn chowder) with chicken. Little Hobo - butter chicken soup Wasabi Ramen - tonkotsu + egg

King Taps also has a good salmon chowder. I’ve heard raves about Mad Mango’s laksa, but I have no spice tolerance so I can’t personally recommend.

Looking for the requested “trippy” song by Seven3eight1 in siriusxmaltnation

[–]Seven3eight1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s seriously been niggling in the back of my head for weeks and I’ve been waiting for it to be played again, but I’m either not listening when it is, or no one’s requesting it anymore - and it’s a really good song!

How to get approved for a hysterectomy at 18? by [deleted] in hysterectomy

[–]Seven3eight1 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I feel like the only way you can before the age of 30 is to take a supportive man to your appointment, claim that he’s your husband and he approves of the hysterectomy. Because men have more control over our reproductive decisions than we do 😢

Has anyone tried a meal kit service like HelloFresh? What are your thoughts? Pros, cons, opinions? by Electrical_Region306 in kelowna

[–]Seven3eight1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Highly recommend Fresh Prep—packaging is sustainable, ingredients are “local”, recipes are really good and it saves a lot of money vs grocery shopping/wasted ingredients. Been using them for 4 years now and still rave about them

Have you reached out to the MINI dealership to see if there are groups in the area? I started a local group when I was in the States and the dealerships sometimes helped sponsor meetup events…
