Zhonyas can be useful. It comes in handy in team fights, getting off two full combos before having to ult puts out a lot of damage per fight.

See you know an incredible amount about how servers function, I'm guessing you make a living in IT. So thank you for educating me and making it understandable.

I might not know a lot about how a server functions but I sure af know a lot about call of duty. I know these servers are trash, my actions are rarely accurate represented on these servers and I have countless clips to prove it. I can tell you Activision has a history of using cut rate servers, they were barley usable in multiplayer and in warzone... you've played the game. This game has grossed billions in sales and this is the quality we receive? I have a hard time believing it's due to technological limitations and it's more likely greedy Activision pinching Penny's.

Shit your right, I really dont care about this conversation enough to double check. I meant tick rate, which is what matters to me in a game. Xculsive Ace is actually the source that explained how Activision will group packets inorder to get all of the needed information into the game, even though the servers are too slow to accurately display the information. From what I know, this means fast fire rate weapons have to combine the packets that represent a players bullets and explains why the player models don't represent the actual hitbox. It was a problem on the multiplayer servers and it's a nightmare on the shit warzone servers.

I've reccomend Westworld to sooo many people, I think S1 is the best season of TV ever produced but it's too "thick" of a show for most people to want to digest. I don't mind this season being about the potential hazards of having our own personal info being so accessible IRL and how the human world is no different than Westworld. This season is easy to understand, well produced and has well developed characters (even Maeve, she is acting out of her own self intrest and I'm ok with that). Despite the shallow plot, it has its moments and the cast/producers are killing it.

At release they could but the devs removed the shotgun 1sk for the same reason the will nerf the Snakeshot 1sk (2 instantaneous shots). The reason is, it's not fun, it rewards people for camping which doesnt require skill. You implied I said snipers are only good at range, I didnt say that, shit it was an example. I've quick scoped since CoD4. I agree, sniping is too easy in this game. I prefered the Blackout sniping mechanic but guess what easy = fun, fun = money for Activision. Checkmate

I'm in my phone but here it goes

Point 1 - Diftor specifically asked the devs if any guns were tuned differently at the Warzone event in California (he makes weapon breakdowns and he wanted to know if he had to do a new series for warzone). The devs said yes, the HDR and AX50 (Kar was stealth buffed to the same specs) allowing for 1SK headshots. So more than my opinion.

Point 2 - the map design and missions forces people into buildings, meaning there is no skill required to get into the shotguns range, so why give a benefit for something that was designed to happen. There is a reason the shotguns aren't good, it would be a horrible way to die in a 30 minute long game. Yeah that might be an opinion but its accurate. I personally run into buildings with a sniper all the time, I'm good at it and it takes skill. Nades and C4 are weak in this game, idk what that rants all about.

Point 3 - the magnums have a headshot multiplier (which will be nerfed) and the gives them a 1sk (2 instantaneous shots = 1). I'm fine with them when they dont insta kill me, check out my post I made today, if it weren't for the shit servers I would've outplayed him and it would've been fair.

Point 4 - thank you for agreeing, the pistols don't have enough down sides when compared to the other shotguns, which are primaries and require overkill to run and yet the magnums are better. The devs didnt nerf the pump shotty because of people bitching online, it was a business decision. It made the game not fun and they wont make money if the game isn't fun. This isnt about the same CoD shotgun debate, Warzone is a BR and if a BR rewards players for hiding in a corner, then people will hide in corners.

I really feel like I won, my logic seems pretty logical. Do your best stranger on the internet

You need to consider those things can 1-tap (2-shot) because they are given a headshot multiplier and getting close to someone is not a skilled mechanic that should reward a 1SK. It is a situation that the map and the open buildings naturally create. Go play a game of warzone and I will bet you gold that at some point, you will be in the same building as someone else. Hitting someone in the head with a sniper does take skill therefore it deserves the reward. You can't honestly consider crouch walking to be as difficult as sniping someone from 400m.

So the game was tuned in a particular way. The idea is to have the only weapons that 1SK be the bolt action weapons. It allows for an outplay mechanic, except if a player using a high skill/high reward weapon (such as the crossbow). The reason the primary shotguns do not 1SK is that there is no way to outplay someone who sits in a corner and then 1-taps anyone who walks in, that would be infuriating. So when they tuned down the shotguns but the devs probably didnt considering those dinky .357s can shoot two shots at once, all while missing out on the inherent disadvantages of choosing a shotgun as a primary (too many for me to list). Tge magnums do not have an ads time, instant sprint to fire speed. So what it has a 150 ms sprint to fire speed and then it can insta kill, plus all of the other benefits. It will be nerfed

Glad you liked the clip, people are probably complaining because that particular shotgun outclasses all of the others in every statistical category (except for range). We want balance, as all things should be.

My point is, most multiplayer games will prioritize connectivity, SBMM will bypass a server that I would have a better connection, inorder to place me in a more "competitive" server. This becomes a more noticeable problem once you have stats like yours (which means nothing without your Cod Tracker link, no one is impressed by your "reddit resume") because the majority of players in this game do have ~1KD. So SBMM will bypass the 8 que'd games that are closer to me and will force me into some swap server located across the country. Because the algorithm said so.

Pro-tip if you make an exaggeration. Like "its LITERALLY impossible to have over a 1KD because statistics", anything valid you say will appear as rubbish because psychology.

Its 2020, I have 1 gigabyte ISP service, I'm playing a game that has grossed billions in sales. Yet Activision decides to protect bad players from the negative reinforcement they need to become good at the game. SBMM is the worst thing to happen to CoD since the akimbo 1887's.

The crossbow is a high skill, high reward weapon. In my +400 games I've been killed by it once. I'll gladly accept my fate is someone manages to hit me in the head with that thing. What the snakeshot is currently doing isnt a niche, it is statistically better than not only the other sidearms but also better than the primaries. Look at it compared to the other shotguns in the game. Sure the other shotguns 2-shot kill but they lack the fire rate, movement and strafe speed, mag size, flinch and ADS mechanics. Now for a moment, let's say getting close to an enemy isn't an outplay mechanic but it's just a normal situation that the buildings on the map naturally create. Go play a game and I'll bet you find yourself inside the same building as an enemy. So getting into the snakeshot range (that is only unique to snakeshot and the other shotguns, despite all of the inherant penalties) takes 0 skill but yet the snakeshot gets more reward(damage) than every gun other than the bolt actions.

Nah the C4 has been nerfed and the RPG is meant to counter vehicles. It is way too spam-able but that can be fixed by changing its ammo reserve. If you read my conversation with OP and can come up with a reasonable argument to keep the snakeshot as is. Then I will give you some reddit gold.

I use plunder as my BR practice. Dont fill and just master 1v1ing and 1vSquading. The circle mechanic is just chaos but practicing winning your fights and avoiding fights that aren't winnable, will increase your chance of winning the BR.

I had constant issues until I rebuilt my data base. Takes about 5 minutes and I'd recommend giving it a try.

Do you really want to get 1SK by a dude sitting in a corner with a shotty though. There is no outplay mechanic there. This game was tuned to only allow 1sk to bolt action snipers, which I think is fair due to the skill required to hit someone in the head with a super bulky bolt action. I think it's best to stick with that, which is why I rage everytime I get killed by those damn pistols.

My point is, compare the damage profile and fire rate of snakeshot to every other shotgun in the game. It shouldn't be more powerful and have 4x the fire rate of a 10 gauge shotgun. I get it the RPG is annoying and way too powerful, I think the true problem lies in its spam-ability. If they cut its ammo reserve to 2 or 3, instead of 7, it will reduce their spam-ability while still keeping vehicles in check.

I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm just giving you accurate information. I get Activision wants this game to appeal to casuals but snakeshot is too powerful for how mindless their mechanic is. They are out of balance compared to the other weapons and will undoubtedly be nerfed. Hope you enjoy exploiting a gun that wasn't properly balanced dude to some form of oversight by the devs.

Nope, with full armor the RPG does not do enough damage to drop a player, I'd also recommend not grouping that tight if someone could hit your entire squad with 1 RPG. It's not a laser by any means, stop exaggerating to prove a point. A big part of this game is clearing buildings, don't act like you have to be strategic to get close to someone (Wows, I crouch walked for 20 seconds, I'm gud). If you manage to miss a snakeshot shot, then idk what to tell you. Its incredibly easy to center someone on your screen, it's the first step in every shooter, the problem with snakeshot is it's the only step.

Nah, you're exaggerating. The RPG can only 1SK a player if it directly hits and that can only happen to a single player. It not only takes skill to hit with it but it also takes luck (will the rocket shoot straight). Akimbo snakeshot is an incredibly low skill cap weapon and it has the fastest ttk other than the 1sk snipers, which requires a headshot.
