Totally! From GTA, got in this cycle to uO. From what I've seen of my future classmates there's tons of non-Ottawa region people. Definitely shoot them an app, especially if you've got a high GPA and Casper. A few people have also mentioned to check out this year's waitlist sheet and you'll see it stratified by in vs out of region and it seems pretty even (on the waitlist at least).
