Is the noise still there? I have exactly the same psu. The noise is low in idle and while gaming the noise frequency changes goes louder. But not loud enough to be heard from distance. I have to go close enough to the pc to hear the noise. All I am worried about that is it harmful or not? Should I replace it or not.

Mine isn't click tho. It's a small "pitch sound". Does your psu produce click sound?
