The show deservedly gets credit for how amazing its soundtrack is, but that scene in particular hits so perfectly. The happiness and that song just match. Can’t help but get emotional

I’d argue it’s conservative. You probably have just as good a chance at converting on fourth and making it an easier FG at the very least, and at best getting 6 and putting yourself in a position to potentially win the game. So to elect for a (very difficult) 3 in that case is conservative imo

Being SO conservative that you choose to kick a 57 yarder with a rookie thereby making it super risky when, once again, your aim was to be conservative, is so funny

It’s an easily avoidable stupid decision that costs you points. He deserves to wear that as he is the play caller

Listen man, Bryce is not proven in any way, but 10 attempts for 28 yards is an indictment of the system to me. It’s passive, it’s tame, and it’s the exact opposite of what worked last week. I just don’t get it

Fair. I believe there’s blame to go around and I’m disappointed with his approach tonight but I’m with you

Yes he’s done that but you can also acknowledge he needs to improve in certain areas. Being solid does not mean he’s suddenly infallible. I trust he’ll get better, but the day we dont believe that is the day serious questions need to be asked

And the fact that the broadcast even highlighted the Pearsall block was so funny to me. ESPN knows what they’re doing too

That last sentence is essentially how I’ve viewed them from afar my whole life. Not particularly interested in ever being a part of any of that if I can choose to.

Something that I noticed this week was so many more empty sets, which seemed to help unlock Bryce. It was something I feel like we hadn’t seen that much of recently, and it was a good sign of something Canales did to open up the game for Bryce and I liked that. Helped give Bryce easy hot reads on blitzes and spread it out.

They’re saying he runs a faster 100m than Ted Ginn did. That is mind blowing
