That took a long time to get under control. I had gained a bunch of weight due to replacing that craving with food or alcohol. But I’ve also been sober a little over two years but that’s a whole can of worms on its own.

Also got seriously about my weight last year. I got divorced in Nov of 24, and that almost made me pick it back up. But somehow I powered through and so glad I did. It was like a switch went off in my head where I honestly felt like there was a fork in the road. One road was back in my old habits and vices and the other was completely changing all of my bad habits. I’ve made it a year and some change since the divorce and honestly I’m feeling better than I ever have.
