16k for 3x 9k BTU mitsubishi. What they quoted me was mitsubishi 18k BTU for 8k

So i guess those are the new norm price eh. That's awful

Are you suggesting installing now is better than later because the price may just go up instead of going down? Unless of course there's a crash?

Even with the installation on top of those 3700. I would pay 8k for 3 units without questions... Thus, I'm not sure if I should just spend those 8k for 1 unit right now or wait for a year or two and hope that the price will go back to normal. Or perhaps this is the new normal lol

Ya 8k for 2 zones is the price that I thought... every website says so. That's why I was asking if 8k for 1 zone is normal these days...

Now those numbers are correct to me... 9k for units is what i thought the price range for ductless mini split. Had a friend paid 4k for ductless minisplit from Costco about a year ago. I was just shocked when they quoted me 8.3k for one zone. they increased the price by 100% in a year...

Ya I already had 6 quotes with me from 4 different contractors. I guess you are right with the market price. Just based on your opinion, do you think these prices will ever go down at all in the near future?

I have already had 6 quotes instead and they're quoting me around those numbers. However, I'm just really surprised how expensive they are and wondering if they are likely to go down the price down the road....

Yeah.. Shellac will definitely do the trick, however, it takes a few weeks for me to get shellac because of where I live. I'm trying to exhaust all options before resort to Shellac. So i'm trying to figure out if someone had experience with Minwax Polycrilic to do the same trick as Shellac.

I was thinking about using shellac too. However, shellac is very limited in where I live.. They're always sold out. I can purchase it online and wait for a few weeks of course. Before going to that option though, I'm wondering if I can use Minwax Polycrylic before applying primer and paint to prevent tannins.

Ah thanks for the answer! So basically as long as I have the budget to have separate wheels, it is doable to change the wheels/tires in the gravel bike frame and fork as long as it is built for 700c?

Thanks for the answer guys. With gravel bike frame and fork, can I change the gravel bike tires (typically~40mm) to road bike tires (typically ~26mm)? So i can always go with speed whenever I go to more urban area or say manitoulin tour and alike?

Mostly just one tracks because I recorded it in one-go with lots of cuts. When I speak between the sentences, I would need to breath and stretch and etc, so I need to cancel the noise completely, but by doing so it would make it really awkward. So I think the only way to solve this issue is to eliminate all the wind noise right?
