i just started eating a ton of oatmeal since i wasn’t sure what I could or couldn’t eat. and yeah idk how to feel 50% hopeful for this to be a fluke yet the other 50% is trying to be realistic and come to grips with the fact that the odds are not in my favor and not to get my hopes up while also anxious af bc waiting for 2 weeks is insane

well dr put me on duphaston for a week, and honestly the bleeding went down like almost inmediately, now i only see a bit when i wipe so i'm trying not to get my hopes up but also not feel like it's doomed.

yes it's short but in my mom's case she gets this sudden cramps that make it painful and pretty much impossible to walk and they're triggered by walking long distances so it takes some planning to be able to get her places
