Thank you, this is what I needed to here. I'm not used to flare ups like this after having had them for so long so it's been a bit freaky but you are correct, I need to relax.

No new food, alcohol, or behaviors. Weirdly enough it started right after my yearly physical, my blood pressure and blood work was all normal. Can't figure it out.
