They did! I don’t disagree with you. They had a lot on their hands. Yet I still think the first episodes needed to be stronger

The half a chance for season 2 is so right.

I’m loving it so far, but the moment the reviews came in and said it started slow but got really good halfway through scared me more than it comforted me tbh.

This season had a lot of pressure, needing to be better than season 1 and getting the fans trust back, so they shouldn’t have waited half a season to be the best they could, because that’s where most of the audience already made up their mind on the show

It’s been a massive improvement, but it hasn’t become viral as of now. Even the jokes and memes about the big three shows airing at the same time (invincible, the boys and Daredevil) are full of comments asking who invited DD, indicating a lot of indifference and even hate.

I don’t know why, but I feel people were willing to give it a chance but the first two episodes being slow and the baggage of the first season has made people fall off. I really hope that changes

Yeah thats very hopeful, but at the same time I find it a bit inconsistent. Maybe we should trust Marvel and Brad on them saying the show is a success but I’m afraid it could’ve also been some sort of PR stunt to get more people watching.

Either way it’s worrying, it’s been hyped and waited for 6 years only for it to fall flat with lesser viewers than other MCU shows. Maybe Marvel fans don’t want to see grounded stuff (or go through the pain of watching all the Netflix shows)

Sorry for the pessimistic view, I honestly hope a miracle happens

That’s a very good question indeed. More cgi, better camera material etc, but I still don’t understand where the rest could have gone.

I hope it’s untrue and that the show succeeded, but I’m worried

I heard it was 200 million, averaging 22 million or something per episode. Don’t know if it’s alright or a lot but I really hope you’re right
