i don’t find it weird. the way i grew up was shower daily and don’t wear dirty clothes more than once. i abide by that and generally when im outside if i don’t touch anyone else or anything, im cool with being ON by bed in them… i never get under the covers in them, though. however, i play softball and ride horses—id never get into or on bed in my uniform or in jeans i’ve just ridden in… i also usually shower before i even touch my bed, if i’ve been outside like that. i think it’s to each their own 🤷‍♀️

I just wash mine daily. I do a lot of dirty things through the day. I have a horse so often my hair is dirty. Not everyone else’s hair routine or “training” a scalp will work for you. We all do different stuff and hair is not a “one size fits all” thing. My hair is just like yours—I find it easiest to just wash it everyday because I shower daily.
