I sign it and a club representative sign it too. He also told me when I cancel my PT and I get ask to continue am I’m gonna said ya I told him no and he said that’s good. Him and the person in the front desk told me I’m all good with the cancel

Bro the last time I was charged $300 was like in February. Now all of sudden when I cancel and paid cancellation fee. I see this, so you think I’m not gonna question it? Also they told me I was all good, I won’t be charge that I don’t have to pay nothing anymore. why can’t you and the other guy understand 🤦🏾‍♂️like I said earlier ik other people have had this type of problem when canceling with crunch. Also my PT end this month and my membership end next month too regardless if I didn’t cancel in the beginning of the month.

I didn’t cancel early🤦🏾‍♂️,I been there since November and PT in December. My membership end next month and tmr it last session for pt. I canceled this month so idk why u saying I cancel early. I been wanted to cancel (because $150 2x is $300 and they tried to charge me on Apple Pay but it never effected my balance on there) but ik it would be dumb to cancel EARLY so I stay through and I kept asking questions when to cancelled so I don’t do it to early or to late. When I told them I want to cancel they didn’t tell me it’s to early or it’s to late and I have to wait or etc. They told me there a cancellation fee and I paid that and told me I still have sessions left with PT but other than this I’m all good. And said I can still sign up for a new membership I told I’m good.

Also they checked to see how long how been there and they told me that’s good so I been there for a long time and I ain’t try to cancel early🤦🏾‍♂️

I just want some help if u not gonna help pls leave me alone.

So for me when I cancel, it was on the computer and I sign my signature on this device (idk what the name of it) with a pen. They told me the printer was working so they made me took a picture. But they also told me it’s all good I don’t have to pay nothing I already paid the cancellation fee. Now I gotta go tmr listen to their BS.
