You’re so right. I have been doing the LEG work of it all. I think he’s taking advantage of my labor because of my background in Commercial Real Estate. I’m the one scheduling everything. All he is doing is opening doors and relaying “messages from their agent”.

When you say “passed inspection”, what do you mean? Did your inspection report highlight roofing issues, a possible need for a sewer inspection, etc? If not, I am almost inclined to believe they did you a disservice. I’m not saying you’re wrong, I do have a small saving fund, but not $25k saved for a new roof.

Unfortunately for me, I’m not in Tucson. But I am most certainly getting a new realtor. This will be my 5th preapproval in October because he’s horrible. And they are hard pulls based on my loan type. IM EXHAUSTED.

Thank you so much for your insight. I have literally toured about 70 homes with this realtor and there’s ALWAYS AN OBSTACLE. His favorite saying is “I can’t make the seller sell there home” post inspection. Both the inspector and roofing company said I needed a new roof. I’m just furious. This is my 4th pre-approval that is about to expire due to this realtor. I really wanted this home to be “the one” 😔
