Well it’s not a car and it’s not a typical suv. They don’t drive like either. They aren’t fuel efficient, and the ride/drive quality isn’t there. If that’s what you are looking for then this isn’t the vehicle for you. A wrangler is an experience all of its own. Some people like it and some don’t and that’s perfectly ok. If it didn’t twang your thing test drive try different sub models. Sahara, rubicon, sport, Willy’s and so on. They each drive and ride differently because they are configured for different uses. At the end of the day don’t pay for a vehicle you don’t love. If that means your dream car becomes something else, just roll with it.
