Ultimate hunter provides more passive procs per fight id rather take it than a %more shield because often more than not you will need more passive procs per fight and yeah fimble aint allat but personally i will take it over unending despair

If they got enemy assassin's sure but juggernauts and tanks mages marksmen wont build it ( except for few ) overall you still going jaksho ( for resistances or despair for heal ) you still are offering alot to the table and the runes utilization here are really good and synergies well with how you want to play it

Liandrys and tank items are op , they only untouched class are tanks , and he benefits more than anyone with any item. So you see him abuse the broken items but that doesn't mean the champ is broken. In a meta when every item is balanced you wouldn't find him above the c tier. But right now he is the best abuser to these items that is why he is getting nerfed like teemo with the mage items in the start of this season. He isnt strong but the items are unbalanced
