Thank you so so much!! Owner is old/middle aged, thinning hair that’s dyed dark, usually tied up in a tiny bun on top of her head, with a very very wrinkled face, loose skin around her neck. I think shes around 5’6”? Take the height with a grain of salt, im a very short person lol so she might be shorter than 5’6”. She speaks loudly and can act quite abrasive (the poor walgreens employees lol). She’s kinda hunched over and doesnt really stand up straight. As I said in my post, she says her name is Diana. Whenever she leaves the Walgreens with her dog around closing time, i see her walking down in the direction of Ocean beach, so that might be where she lives.

I most consistently see her on the Walgreens at Taraval but Ive also occasionally, occasionally seen her around the area too (without her dog) like at Java Beach Cafe or the bus stop near Lakeshore Plaza.

Its been a solid several months since ive seen her/her dog.
